PRIVATE TRAINING

Great victories are not won alone. To climb the “Everest of your dreams”, whether it is a flawless toned body or the discovery of the spiritual “ballet Self”, one often needs a professional mentor. Only a professional can choose the right and most effective route towards your goal.

For that reason, in order to help you get your dream body I, Ekaterina Yurochkina, a ballerina, a coach and the author of my own training method, invite you to my private classes.

I work with bodies. I turn princesses of any age into real Queens!

And I love what I do! Why? Because I see results. I see how the body changes, the gait changes, how stiffness and slouching disappear. And how women and girls, who have forgotten that recently they were active and slender, suddenly begin to transform…

Throughout the years of practice, I have seen so many of these beautiful transformations – from the ladies consumed by their worries to light and graceful beauties!

FROM CLEAR GOALS TO GREAT RESULTS

Perfect body and excellent posture are available to everyone. My task is to show you how to achieve this and guide you on the way to your goal.

Private lessons are intended only for those who are ready to work on themselves constantly and consciously with the professional support of a coach.

The training program is developed to cater for one’s individual needs and objectives. It takes into account the body type, the initial physical form, posture, strength and flexibility of the back and legs, as well as the muscular tone in the abdomen, buttocks, neck, arms and shoulders.

Together we formulate the goals and objectives that you want to achieve through training.

And we make a clear plan – how exactly we are going to achieve the desired results.

Your goals can vary, for example:

  • A healthier back and correct posture. This is relevant to many of my students of different ages.
  • Toned up muscles with a focus on problematic areas (abdomen, buttocks, hips, inner thighs, arms, shoulders) smoothing out the undesirable lines- neck creases, the double chin and so on.
  • “Sculpting” a graceful silhouette with slender, ballet legs, straight back and neck, beautiful hands and smooth shoulder lines.
  • Enhanced flexibility in the legs and back. Or perhaps reviving a childhood dream and getting those splits and standing on pointe!

FITNESS BALLET METHOD

The method that I use for individual classes is my original technique. It is a combination of body ballet, classical ballet basics, stretching and yoga that has been tried and tested in a group and individual class setting.

The fitness-ballet workout program is developed for each client individually.

EVERY PRIVATE WORKOUT SESSION WITH A COACH CONSISTS OF SEVERAL SETS OF EXERCISES.

– The Body Ballet set. It is a complex of the most effective movements taken from the basics of classical ballet and adapted for adults. It is great for strengthening legs, glutes, arms and back. At the same time, all the inner muscle groups are engaged, they get toned without inflating, as opposed to in a regular gym workout. As a result, your muscles become stronger and leaner, providing a slim graceful look.

– Elements of a classical ballet class. Here we use the barre (or any appropriate substitution for classes at home) for the classic ballet exercises-demi plie, grand plie, battement tandu, battement fondue etc. These exercises help to develop the right posture, beautiful lines, ease of movement and a graceful gait. Such training process also enhances flexibility, strength, and endurance. 

– Stretching exercises. This is a mix of movements from yoga, ballet floor gymnastics (parterre) and rhythmic gymnastics. The stretching sets do not just target legs and splits. The program has a lot of exercises for stretching the back, arm, and shoulder muscles.

If one of your goals is to get the splits or stand in a bridge position, it will surely be taken into account while developing your individual program.

Upon request the training program may also include a special “Pointe Shoe” class.

For many girls and women, I work with, ballet is a childhood dream. And, even though one won’t necessarily dance on stage, it is very possible to get on pointe. Ballet for adults is real! I will teach you to do simple movements on pointe both at the barre and in the center. And then you will be able to amuse your friends and family with the ballet skills no one knew you had!

This workout method is suitable for any level of physical fitness. If taken consistently the classes will quickly deliver results: the body will become more flexible, the posture more even, the abdominal muscles – much stronger. Your gait will get lighter and your hips and legs will get slim and elegant.

Together with you we will strive to help your body get quick and guaranteed results: to become flexible and toned, to get an excellent muscle extension, great posture, a slim and graceful figure. This won’t require growing big muscles, as suggested by the conventional personal fitness trainers.

Private classes give you maximum investment and attention from your coach, which helps achieve your personal goals and get real, visible results! Choosing individual classes, you get a clearly structured professional program that specifies the exercises and the muscle loading, optimal for your physical and psychological traits and preferences. And, more importantly, the support, the motivation and control over your progress! It is for the lack of guidance, approval and moral support that we often give up on achieving our dreams. With me you will achieve them quickly and surely!

THE COST OF INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

The cost of the service is formed based on the level of goal difficulty, the program structure, and the time frame, and is discussed with each client individually.

Private classes can be held for two or three students, including a mother with a child.

I also work individually on the pre-ballet program with children aged 4 and above. Find all the details for children’s programs in the YAYA CHILDREN section.

WHERE DO PRIVATE CLASSES TAKE PLACE?

The location for the classes is discussed with you personally. There are several options:

  • One of the YaYa Dance bases in Moscow (metro st. Novokuznetskaya, Kutuzovskaya, Voykovskaya)
  • Your place (house, apartment or any other suitable location)
  • If you do not live in Moscow, I can suggest personal training via Skype, which I also have a lot of experience with.
